I CAN COOK!

I'm just not inspired enough to write. I can post pictures! So here are some old pics I took when we had a friend over for dinner. I CAN COOK!!!

This is the only chicken curry i can make without a mistake. It has a very boring name. I call it "amma's thick and easy chicken curry" Any suggestions for a better name??

I also made some dal and potatoes that day. here are the pics.

  1. Yeah, looks yummy, and I'm sure it tastes good, too (but for that, your husband's corroboration is required!).

  2. Nice arrangement on your template. Presentation, my dear Watson...

Well my wife in Malaysia would tell me that if I get in to the kitchen, it takes an hour for to cook but it takes 2 hours for her clean up the mess that I make in the kitchen. But here in Hyderabad I got no problem as my servant would clean it up.

  5. Thank you !

To Sukku: I totally empathise with your wife. I say the same about my husband. Thats why i prefer delegating him work outside the kitchen or at least after I'm done with my work!

To Roxie: So when's the visit??? By the way, did you notice that ive spelt your name the way i like it?? Looks better this way!

To Mahi: Thank you and keep visiting!

  6. Well I cook here in Hyderabad because I have to eat and I don't like to eat outside here, unlike in Kuala Lumpur, we don't cook at home and it's outside food right from breakfast.
