Late on Thursday night, Paunch and I heard the best news we've heard since.. um.... maybe since we knew we were going to be parents. Our BEST FRIENDS are expecting tooo!!!! You readers out there... maybe excepting Amri (who's sister is the one I'm talking about) have no idea how thrilled we are with this!!!
M&K (M's blog died a natural death, but there's a pic ther for u curious souls) and the Paunch and I literally began our lives together. From competing against their (the boys') band at college fests, leading to double dates , through 4 years of near & loooong distance dating, engagement, marriage and even settling down with our own lil household, we did everything a few weeks or months apart from each other. From the time we knew we were going to be parents, M&K have shared our excitement, looking up preggie websites, discussing parenting techniques, praying with us, buying us baby stuff, cooking for us when I was too tired, driving us to the hospital...... oh so much!!!
What a joy to be sharing the experience of going through the anxious wait to be parents together!!! We're just so glad, so grateful to God for this precious baby, and for making it possible to share yet another phase of life together. I just hope our kids grow up to be good friends too!!
M&K and lil baby (I am yet to come up with a nice nickname) We love you soooooooooooooooooo soooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!
